"Nice relaxing place"
Staff incredibly helpful/Competent. Location a nice peaceful lake. All in all a very nice place. This chain of hotels also arrange a golf deal (---) for more details. They were very good at the organisation and the courses are superb and good value for money.

"Nice hotel in one of Brussel's nicest spots"
More of a business hotel but nice getaway for what it is. The staff were helpful, the bar was nice, the restaurant was phenomenal, price is okay but try to get a discount. The lake is quite pretty and for Brussels, it is a nice experience as it is different from the city hotels. Keep in mind that the taxi fare from the city to Lake Genval will be expensive, but there is a train closeby.

"Beautiful hotel, lovely setting"
This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely setting, outside the city but just 20 minutes to the airport and center (except during rush hour!). Rooms are luxuriously furnished and many have a view of the lake. Great breakfast in a castle room with huge working fireplace in the winter. Wonderful fitness center, with steam bath, sauna, rooftop pool with view of the lake, jacuzzi, all modern fitness equipment (not just a stationary bike or two shoved into a corner like many hotels do). Full array of classes from yoga to spinning to pilates to step, open to hotel guests. The only weaker point was the restaurant: the setting and decoration are great, but the food is overpriced, and It had a typical "hotel food" feel. But there are numerous other restaurants in the area, a short cab ride or drive away, even a choice of several you can walk to around the lake or in Genval.
