I was quite shocked by how poor this hotel was. It really was a dive. Have any of your staff visited it?When we arrived at 20.00 there was no one around just a note telling us which room we were in and to say that the key would be inside the room which was on the second floor and no lift available. Likewise when we checked out there was no one around - we just left the key in the room. The bathroom was awful with no proper shower - no bath plug and no shower curtain. One reason we chose this hotel was that it had a restaurant but that was closed. We could have spent the night at one of the Toulouse Airport hotels and it would have cost us less. I am really surprised that you include this hotel on your list. It really is very poor value.

LOCATION

The hotel is situated just off the main ring road (Rocade), and a short drive from Blagnac airport. It is only a 10 to 15 minute drive in the car from downtown Toulouse (or a twenty minute bus-ride) and are located near to a bus-stop.

* All rooms are en suite, the majority with both bath and shower- just a couple have shower only. Single rooms all contain a double bed. Twin rooms contain one double bed and one single bed for two people sharing. Triple rooms contain one double bed and one single bed for three people sharing.
