This hotel is situated in quiet and somewhat elevated residential area of Puerto de la Cruz close to Parque Taora. The beaches Playa Jardin and Playa Martianez are 2 km from the hotel, whilst shopping and entertainment venues lie around 150 m away. Convenient public transport links are located within 800 m of the hotel. Tenerife North airport is approximately 25 km away.

Renovated in 2005, the hotel comprises a total of 277 rooms including 80 apartments spread between a main and a neighbouring building. A garden and terrace also feature within the hotel. The hotel additionally includes a 24-hour reception with currency exchange counter, lift, TV room, a games room, a hairdressing salon, a cafe, a kiosk, 2 bars and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for children. Guests may make use of the laundry service as well as Internet access (WLAN) for an additional fee.
