This hotel is located on the outskirts of the business area and near the famous Part Dieu shopping centre. Restaurants are a stone's throw away (50 m), while countless shops and links to the public transport network lie about 200 m away. The town centre is located around 2 km from the hotel, and guests will reach Lyon airport in 30 km.

This seven-storey hotel was renovated in 2004 and comprises a total of 97 apartments, ranging from studios to two room apartments. The hotel has a lobby with a safe and a lift. Further facilities include a breakfast room, an Internet connection, and a W-LAN access point. A laundry service (charges apply) rounds off the services on offer, and a parking garage is also available for an added charge.Reception is open from 7am to 10pm during the week and from 8 to 12am and from 3 to 8pm in the week-end.The hotel is about 5 minutes' walk from the TGV train station La Part Dieu, next to the underground station Place Guichard. The hotel is easily reached by underground and bus. If arriving by car, follow direction La Part Dieu and the hotel is located near the town hall.
