The 3-star establishment offers guests 147 flats over 6 floors, including 112 two-person studios and 35 one-bedroom apartments for 4 people. Each studio and apartment houses a bathroom with a separate toilet and a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave and fridge. The studios, equipped with sofa beds, can accommodate 1-2 people and are approximately 25 sqm. TVs are available for hire in the studios. The one bedroom apartments can accommodate 1-4 people and are approximately 38 sqm. There are sofa beds in the lounge area and two single beds in the bedroom. A TV with satellite channels is available in the one-bedroom apartments. All apartments are equipped with direct-line phones and hairdryers are available on request. Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to guests’ requirements. Please note that the bed in all of the rooms is a sofa bed.
