"a great location "
Cititel Penang Hotel has a great location but towels and floor carpets were old. Was also not given slippers thus had to walk on the old carpeted floor, which felt dirty. Everything was otherwise ok.

"handy to most tourist needs "
Cititel Penang Hotel service was excellent. The staff at the front desk were patient and tried to help wherever possible and within their reach. We asked for late checkout because of late departure time. They couldn't make our request without further charge but allowed us stay till 2pm for free. The location is premium and handy to most tourist needs within George town.
