The reception is manned from 7 am to 11 pm. Key collection is from the apartments' reception at check-in. If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, please contact the apartments prior to arrival. Stag and hen parties or groups are only allowed with prior arrangement. A security deposit or credit card preauthorisation may be required on arrival. Only those people who have been notified in advance may occupy the serviced apartment. Names and addresses of all occupants must be provided before any keys are handed over. They reserve the right to refuse admission of any guests of residents at City Apartments. All signed in guests must vacate the apartments by 12 midnight, any guests not registered may be asked to leave at any time.
