LOCATION

Hotel City Centre is situated on Revolucni Street in Central Prague, approximately 500 metres (0,3 mile) to the Old Town Square and 700 metres (0,45 mile) to the Wenceslas Square. The area features the most significant sights of Prague as well as numerous dining, shopping and entertainment opportunities.

Opposite the hotel is Kotva, a large department store with an underground car park. On your way to Namesti Republiky (Republic Square) where the Municipal House is situated, you will notice a shopping mall called Palladium on your left, featuring over 300 shops and 30 restaurants. The Municipal House was built between 1905 and 1912 is an Art Nouveau style building with a concert hall.

Celetna Street where the House of the Black Madonna is situated will lead you directly to the Old Town Square. The Old Town Square is one of the most attractive tourist sights in Europe. Here you will have the opportunity to see wonderful buildings such as the St. Nicholas Church, the Tyn Cathedral and the Old Town Hall. The Astronomical Clock is mounted on the wall of the Old Town Hall and the tower offers you a panoramic view of the city. By passing through the historic Charles Bridge, you can visit Mala Strana (Lesser Town), Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral.

The Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske Namesti) is about five minutes walking distance from the Old Town Square. Many shops, bars, clubs and restaurants are located on this boulevard as well as the National Museum and the State Opera.

The closest public transportation links are Dlouha Trida tram station (50 metres /164 feet) and Namesti Republiky metro station (150 metres / 0,1 mile). If you would like to reach Hotel City Centre by public transport, you can take the Airport Express (AE) to Dejvicka and transfer here to tram no. 8 to Namesti Republiky.
