"Will be staying here again"
Will be using this hotel when I next stay in Birmigham.
Great location, just next to the ICC. guest services helped me across with some presentation kit.
Free high-speed internet access, everything I needed in the room, including free DVD's,
Friendly staff, great dinner and excllent breakfast, what else is left to say?

"Brilliant"
Stayed at the City Inn while on a night out with friends in Birmingham. I found the room to be excellent, loads of facilities including a cd player and dvd. Bathroom was lovely and bed was very comfy. Had a drink in the hotel bar and the staff were very friendly and polite, and the service at breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying there. The hotel is also in a great location at Brindley Square just a minutes walk from the main bars and clubs in Birmingham.

"Awesome Hotel"
Stayed at the City Inn for my birthday weekend and found it to be an overall excellent stay. In particular loved the CD player, plasma screen and DVD player. Rooms were spacious and modern and the shower was amazing!
Only fault i could find was the room service food wasnt that great and it was hard to get through to reception at times. I wouldnt let that put you off though as the location (central but still in the stunning surroundings of Brindley Place) is great and the overall hotel is fantastic!
