The hotel is located right on Via Augusta. Countless shops, restaurants, bars and pubs are located on Muntaner Street and the Avenida Diagonal, which are close to the hotel. Public transport departs from stops directly in front of the hotel. The airport is only 15 minutes away. Nightclubs may be found 800 m from the hotel and the beach is around 7 km from the hotel.

Built in 1980 and renovated in 2004, this apartment hotel comprises a total of 17 apartments spread over 5 floors. Guests are offered a 24-hour reception with a hotel safe and a lift. In addition, there is a TV room and public Internet terminal also available. Furthermore, a car park and a garage are available for guests' use. Laundry services complete the amenities on offer at this hotel.
