This hotel is located amidst the Cuenca mountains, in the area of the Ciudad Encantada ( The Enchanted City ), a Spanish natural monument, surrounded by woods, mountains, and rivers. The nearest town centre is around 6 km away, and it is approximately 28 km to the bus and railway station.

Renovated in 2005, the hotel features typical regional architecture, wood panelling, characteristic wood balconies, French roofs, rustic details, and offers peace and quiet in addition to good hospitality. There is a cafe with outside terrace and table service, a boutique with regional products, and a restaurant serving local cuisine and tourist menus. Guests may hire audiovisual equipment, buses or private microbuses. The complex with 28 rooms also has a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock as well as conference facilities and a parking garage for those arriving by car. The room and laundry services complete the offerings.
