"Great Place to Stay!"
I stayed at the Clarion Hotel, Albany, NY the evening of June 26, 2006. I had a wonderful stay! The staff was superb. From reservation to checkout.
I was visiting Albany on business, and I had a very long drive ahead of me on the morning. After I requested a late check out, I came to the lobby for a cup of coffee to help me on my drive. As I entered the breakfast area ( mind you- it is now 11:30am and breakfast was over at 10am) and realized that the coffee had already been broken down. To my absolute surprize, a staff member asked me if he could help me. Of course, the gentleman retreived a cup of coffee for me from the back kitchen. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would gladley return to the Clarion Albany anytime.
