It is also adjacent to both one of the biggest shopping malls in Prague and a busy metro station.

LOCATION

Clarion Congress Hotel Prague is located in Praha 9 district, about 6 kilometres (3,7 miles) of the Old Town of Prague. The closest public transportation link is Vysocanska tram and metro station, situated just next to the hotel. It takes approximately 10-12 minutes to reach the city centre by metro line B.

A large shopping centre called Galerie Fenix is adjacent to Clarion Congress Hotel Prague. It features numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and an underground car park.

Within close proximity of the hotel is O2 Arena where ice hockey games and concerts take place. You may also like to visit the Kbely Aviation Museum where various types of airplanes are exhibited.

If you take metro line B from Vysocanka to Mustek, you will arrive at the famous Wenceslas Square. Wenceslas Square is a magnificent boulevard featuring plentiful shops, bars, restaurants and clubs. The Prague National Museum and the State Opera are located on this boulevard as well.

The Old Town Square where you can visit the St. Nicholas Church, the Church of Our Lady in front of Tyn, the Old Town Hall and Tower is five minutes walking distance from Wenceslas Square. Here you will have the chance to see the Astronomical Clock which is mounted on the Old Town City Hall and dates back to the 15th century. The Maisel Synagogue, the Jewish Town Hall and the High Synagogue will be on your right as you walk towards the Charles Bridge which connects the Old Town and Lesser Town (Mala Strana).

To reach Clarion Congress Hotel from Prague Ruzyne Airport, you can get on bus no. 119 to Dejvicka, then transfer here to metro line A to Mustek and finally take metro line B to Vysocanska.
