It was okay
We got to the hotel early in the morning, we were hot and sweaty we then had to pay for a botle of small water and we were then given a tour of the hotel by a halfwitt employee we were not appreciative of this as we were all tired and needed sleep, we got to the room and found that the balconhy door was broken
(But was fixed when conplained about) The first couple of days were pure bliss, dont get me wrong the hotel was ok but there is no way it is a 4 star more like a 2 star +, all bar and restaurant staff were happy and ready to help, but some reception staff were rude and arrogant and didnt make your stay a nice one. Overall the hotel was okay but not 100%.

we been to the cleopatra on two holidays and we like the staff and thay are so helpful we would go backin a flash |
