The expansive complex was built in 1973 and completely renovated in 1999. It includes a total of 300 apartments divided into blocks spread over 2 floors. The lobby contains a 24-hour reception, a safe and a currency exchange desk. In addition, it offers a café, a kiosk, a supermarket, several shops, a hairdressing salon, 4 bars as well as an in-house disco. A theatre room, a TV room and Internet access are all available to guests. In addition, there is a laundry service, medical assistance, a bicycle cellar with bicycle hire and car parking facilities. For younger guests there is a playground and children's club available.
