"felt extremely safe"
Comfort Hotel Excelsior Copenhagen was central and close to everything. There were a couple strip bars in the area - but still was very safe. Tons of tourists and business people around at all times. I felt extremely safe. Edith, Santiago

"a lousy hotel"
Comfort Hotel Excelsior Copenhagen is a lousy hotel. Except the fact that it is located close to the railwaystation it has hardly any upsides what so ever. The staff were welcoming, and friendly, and the room was ideal for a one night stay. Kali, Yarmouth

Excelsior is a very good choice for travellers who want to stay at a very centrally located hotel at a reasonable price. Hotel Excelsior is just a couple of minutes away from the Copenhagen Central Station, and is close to Tivoli and the famous pedestrian street Ströget. My girlfriend and I took advantage of the hotel´s great "Stay 3 nights - pay for 2" offer, which you can get when you become a member of the Nordic Hotel Passport-deal, which cost 100 DKK. Our price was 1850 for a double, incl. a very tasty and nice danish breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and OK sized. The bed was made every day, and we are very surprised in a positive way. You sholuld definitely check out this hotel, I am sure we will choose Excelsior for our next trip to the beautiful Danish capital.
