"amazing - perfect
Now i havnt got many hotels to compare this too, and i havnt stayed in any hotels in new york before so whatever ever you make of my review, i hope it is helpful.
First of all there was a lovely smell of paint as i entered the dated the hallway, but it was all part of the fun - i stayed in room 403 on floor 4 and my view had a beautiful view of the empire state building. I now relise our group had one of the best views of all as some others had barbed wire as their view but for a group of 37 this hotel was perfect. The staff were happy to help me when i left a cd and theatre programme in a restaurant. And the bedroom (triple) was VERY spacious and clean perfect prices. It was also a 20 minute walk from times square, and 1 minute walk to the flatiron building down the road on the right. We found an amazing little cafe/restaurant called COSI (left out of the building then left again at end of road carry on until you see it on the left again). Lifts were always working and towels and bedding always made for when we returned from our ventures. This was the perfect hotel for me. Maybe i was lucky, or maybe this was just a fab lil undiscovered hotel that needed us to big it up. ALso Jay-zee's club (40/40club) was literally next door to us. Oh and i had an orthopoedic mattress, very snazzy i must say. All in all an AMAZING hotel - would definatly return again and again. i really dont know what all these other crazy people are on about ? rubbish no way this was hot. (not 5*, but kitsch)
