  Hotel Information

One of the most favourite choices for travelers...

Concorde Lutetia Hotel is a modern-day reflection of the 'Belle Époque' and Art Deco periods; the embodiment of contemporary, stylish Parisian living. Nestled in the heart of one of Paris' most fashionable districts Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Hotel Lutetia is within walking distance of the river Seine, the Musée d'Orsay, Notre Dame Cathedral and the delightful boutique shops and designers' studios on the Left Bank. Views of the nearby Eiffel Tower can be enjoyed from a number of the rooms and suites where the classic styling of the 1930's is combined with all the modern amenities expected of today's discerning traveller.

The sculpted Art Deco facade and welcoming statue of Gustave Eiffel, along with pictures of artists that once lived in the hotel, are your first indications that Hotel Lutetia is something special - full of artistic surprises. A renowned meeting place for artists, writers and politicians, Hotel Lutetia's busy lobby has a lively edginess with displayed works of art by renowned contemporary artists Arman, César, Philippe Hiquily, Perrin and Thierry Bisch. Surrounded by Art Deco architecture, period furniture, crystal chandeliers and the sounds of jazz music drifting through from the highly popular Lutetia Bar, you will find you are immersed in a truly Parisian atmosphere.
LOCATION

Concorde Lutetia Hotel is located in the heart of Saint-Germain des Prés, it witnesses the artistic revival of the inter-war years, and accommodated numerous noted painters and writers (Picasso, Matisse, André Gide…).
PROPERTY AMENITIES

* Brasserie Lutetia:
Decorated by Slavik and Sonia Rykiel, Brasserie Lutetia is the typical Parisian brasserie and one of the most renowned meeting places for Left Bank residents, either for business or family events. Large windows look out onto the bustling street outside and the brasserie which is appointed with chrome and black leather seating serves great value seafood and regional dishes.

* Le Paris Restaurant:
Hotel Lutetia's gourmet restaurant, Paris, serves contemporary French cuisine with a creative twist made from the freshest seasonal ingredients. Fashion designers, editors, journalists and politicians represent the exclusive and repeat clientele of this star-rated restaurant. Warm and cosy, the restaurant is beautifully decorated by designer Sonia Rykiel with the décor in the style of a luxurious Normandy 30s' liner with marquetry-covered walls. On two levels, the lower floor comprises a baccarat table featuring beautiful coloured glasses which requires a reservation, while the upper level of the restaurant has a selection of tables surrounded by artworks by Philippe Hiquily.

* Lutetia Bar:
The Lutetia Bar is the very heart and soul of the Hotel Lutetia. Renowned amongst the literati, fashionistas and celebrities of the Left Bank, the bar and lounge areas are always lively - full of artists, journalists and writers, all appreciating its sophisticated yet unpretentious ambience. Its richly decorated interior with red and gold accents is perfectly complimented by the sculptures and paintings of Arman, Philippe Hiquilly, Max Laverrier and Thierry Bisch. Music is also a key component that makes the Lutetia Bar a favourite – loyal guest and famous French singer, Eddy Mitchell, wrote a song entitled Bar du Lutetia and there is live piano music every evening from 7pm as well as “Lute-Jazz” performances every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:15pm. Whether visiting for a snack at lunchtime, pastries in the afternoon, or a cocktail in the evening, the attentive but discrete staff are always welcoming and courteous.

"April in Paris at the Hotel Lutetia"
We stayed at the Hotel Lutetia for three nights in late April. What a wonderful time to be in Paris and a fantastic hotel experience. Hotel Lutetia has a very good location in a lovely Paris neighborhood. The Concierge Service is among the best we've seen

"love the lutetia"
my husband and i just returned to boston from paris. we stayed five days at the lutetia. we were concerned because of some of the reviews that we read, but we really enjoyed our stay. we arrived at the hotel before check in time and they gave us a room. the room itself was lovely with an oversized bathroom, but the view was of an ally and the back of a building. so we called downstairs and they said if we wouldn't mind waiting 20 minutes we would have another room. we gladly waited and they gave us a room that had a smaller but more than ample bathroom. it also had a balcony and a view of the eiffle tower and the park. there was a leak in the bathroom which we reported and they not only fixed it but sent a bottle of wine to our room with two glasses and an apologie note. the staff was wonderful and the location was great. we were very happy and wouldn't hesitate to stay at the lutetia again

"Great hotel, period!"
Stayed here for 7 days during our honeymoon, and loved it. They bumped us up to a 6th Fl suite, which was just INCREDIBLE. Imagine this: 2 balconies, 2 rooms, a split-room bathroom with a wall to wall shower, and several LCD TVs. We absolutely loved it. The service was great and the concierges were terrific by recommending a great little out of the way crepe place. YUMM. We even tried the overpriced bar downstairs, which we did enjoy. While the drinks did cost almost $20, the ambiance and Jazz, as well as the Cuban cigar was delightful. It was just as nice to not have to leave the hotel on a tired evening to get this.

"elegant paris"
The hotel room was nice if you get an upgraded room junior suite or higher. Located within walking distance to the louve and the effiel tower. Great shopping of designer boutiques and large department stores also located within walking distance. The decor of the hotel is a reminder of an elegant times in Paris history.The piano bar provides an alternative to looking for nightclub entertainment.

"Loved the Lutetia"
We stayed for five nights and had two adjoining rooms. The staff was excellent; everyone spoke perfect English, were helpful and friendly. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The bathrooms are new and very nice. We had a terrific stay at the hotel. Also, the location is perfect for sightseeing (the metro is across the street) and there are many excellent stores and restaurants nearby.
