"Very Comfortable Room with a View" We booked directly with the hotel to request an top floor room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and that is exactly what we got! The room was a comfortable decent size with a bathroom that was more than adequate. I must note here that this past June we stayed at another Montparnasse hotel that is rated in the top 10 Trip Advisor hotel reviews. I am comparing this hotel to that hotel and the Bleu Marine is so much better! Depending on what is important to you, for me, I needed a hotel near Gare Montparnasse and a clean and quiet room for a decent nights rest. Bleu Marine provided all that along with friendly staff, a daily tray of coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and cookies.( Those cookies are now my all time favorite dipped into the hot cocoa.) All this completely outweighs the other hotel which was admittedly charming, had character, and in the middle of bars and restaurants, but had a bathroom my 6'4'' husband could not turn around in, and had paper thin walls where you heard the people next to you use the bathroom and other things! Ear plugs fine, but what about them hearing you! Bleu Marine was just 3 blocks from that other hotel and was worth paying an extra 25 euros more a night than the other, especially with the fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower as it lit up at night. Bleu Marine is more like a business hotel and also caters to tour groups. The professionals know something! It is the hotel if you are looking to stay in Montparnasse and want comfort, cleaniness, and you don't want to feel as if you have to tip toe and whisper in your own room.

"Great hotel" We stayed in this hotel last year and had a wonderful expirience. Rooms are much larger than typical european accomodations. Front desk staff was very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to any friends. Wonderfully modern. Bath was great. Breakfast superior. Great place to stay in Paris and I would stay again. No surprises here.
