Coral Hotel Bugibba is situated on the islands northern coast, in Bugibba, which is considered as one of Malta's leading tourist resort areas near St. Paul's Bay and Qawra.

Coral Hotel Bugibba is located within five kilometres of Wignacourt Tower on St Paul’s Bay and the town of Qawra. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the attractive Bugibba promenade where there is ample tourist activities, and is located approximately 17 km from the airport.

The adjoining resorts of Qawra and Bugibba are set on the large St Paul’s Bay, where St Paul was allegedly shipwrecked. Both resorts were purpose-built in the 1980s. Bugibba has a small square, shops, bars, budget restaurants, nightclubs and a small harbour from which several pleasure boat excursions run. Swimming and water sports take place off the promenade and at lidos. Activities in Qawra tend to be hotel-based.
