Coral View Island Resort is situated on one of the best beaches on the islands. The chalets are cleverly built between natural vegetation and blends well with the surroundings. It is located next to Perhentian Island Resort.
There is a good patch of coral garden right in front of the resort. The restaurants cater for ala-carte meals as well as packaged meals for groups. The month of April to August is super high season and booking has to be made well in advance.
For divers, there is a dive shop "Pro Diver's World" within the resort that caters for diving trips and diving classes.
If you prefer the public transport , you can hire a taxi or take a bus from various states to Kuala Besut. In Kuala Lumpur you can either take a bus from Pudu Raya Bus Station or the one at Perhentian Putra near Putra World Trade Centre.
Upon reaching Kuala Besut Jetty , you can either take the fast boat or Tourist Boat ( Slow Boat )to Perhentian Island. By Fast Boat is 30 to 40 Minutes. by Slow Boat the journey will take about 90 to 120 minutes.
