Corinthia Nevskij Palace Hotel, a modern international five-star hotel in St.Petersburg Russia, has successfully completed the first phase of its room refurbishment, ensuring that 100 guestrooms on the 6th, and 7th floors meet the highest standards in modern design. The last stage of the refurbishment will be completed by April 2005. Four restaurants and bars, (Russian, International and Mediterranean Cuisine) each in its own distinct setting, satisfy all tastes perched on the hotel's eighth floor rooftop. "Great Hotel!"
Just returned home from our Russia river cruise. My husband and I spent one night at the Corinthia Nevskij hotel before boarding our river boat. We asked the hotel to send a car to the airport to pick us up, I highly recommend it, it was great seeing our name on a sign with the driver waiting for us. When we reached the hotel we were informed that we were upgraded to a suite, with no extra cost. That was a treat, the room was spacious, beautiful, clean, and very comfortable!! The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and friendly. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, it was very expensive, we ate at a local restaurant nearby. We felt very safe taking a walk the evening we arrived in the neighborhood of the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this hotel. It was well worth the money!!!

"loved the hotel and the staff"
just returned from a one week holiday with my family. The hotel was great and the staff exceptionally helpful. This is a great example of a first class hotel. The attention and patience of the personnel was admirable and commendable. The location of the hotel is excellent. Service minded and friendly personnel from the concierge, to reception, bars and restaurant. The food at breakfast was plentiful and to a very good buffet style standard. We would like to compliment the general manager for the manner in which he runs what is truly a 5 star hotel. All the aspects that one might come to refer to are of the highest standard.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

"A fantastic hotel in a fabulous location"
This hotel was fantastic. The service, food, location and rooms were all of a very high standard. We could not have faulted this hotel at all. They organised cars and tour guides at very short notice for us and we got to see the very beautiful St Petersburg in style.
This hotel is not cheap but we felt that it was money extremely well spent.

"One of the best"
We were there in August and found the hotel, the service and the food outstanding. Perfect location, an enjoyable 30 minutes walk down Neveskij Prospect to the Hermitage. Great security, excellent shopping in the hotel, ATMs and currency exchange in the lobby, and the staff speak english.

"Fantastic Hotel"
What can one add to the other reviews. This Hotel is Excellent it made for a very enjoyable stay in St Petersburg. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was of a high standard. We asked for a chauffer driven car to take us to the Peter Hof and they arrange one for us there and then. One of the Best Hotels we have stayed in. It may be pricey but worth every penny.
