"Loved this small B&B"
We two old schoolfriends (ladies) have a weekend away in Europe every year and chose Lucca in Tuscany this year.Flew into Pisa and took 40 min bus ride to Lucca and taxi to Corte dei Folletti.It was just as unique as it seemed on the website-stone walls,wood beamed ceilings big beds and rich bright fabrics.The owner couldn't do enough for us.It turned out to be 15 mins walk to the walls, more than we had thought,but he pointed us to the bus which ran regularly as well as booking restaurants and giving us general advice.Continental breakfasts were very good and we had a great weekend with surprisingly good weather for February.One warning is that although we had requested twin beds, they only have doubles but didn't tell us -but we made do and it didn't spoil the weekend.Would recommend this B&B...to couples!

"Just as stated on the website - Perfect"
Wonderful few days in this enchanting little hotel. The owner and his wife have gone to enormous trouble creating a magic athmosphere all over the hotel. Pixies and goblins appear on every wall and painted half plastered walls help the ambience. The owner and his wife are extremely cheerful and helpful - always there to answer questions. You could spend a lot of time just sitting in the small garden out back. The hotel is modern. 15 minutes walk to the walled town of Lucca - no problem. No evening meal served but the many restaurants in Lucca cater well for this. Will go again
