This centrally located apartment complex is located just a few paces from the sea as well as from restaurants and bars. The beach, a wide selection of shopping venues and links to the public transport network lie within 500 m of the complex.

This apartment complex consists of a total of 163 apartments. Guests have the opportunity to make use of the 1,000-m2 garden and facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, 5 lifts, a cafe, a small supermarket and a cosy bar.The hotel does not admit children (under 18 years of age) nor are there cots available.
