* The Cassava Terrace Restaurant
offers open-air dining with a continental breakfast spread for early risers beginning at 5:30 a.m. From 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., a full breakfast is served, with an array of fresh tropical fruits and juices, cereals, pastries, delicious hot dishes and made-to-order items. Dress is casual, though beach cover-up and shoes are required.

* Beach Grill Restaurant:
Join us for casual fare and snacks at this laid-back spot featuring a selection of Jamaican delights, grilled specialties and salads. Open from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Beginning every evening at 10:00 p.m. if late night hunger pangs should strike you, the Beach Grill offers a simple menu until 5 a.m.

* Heliconia:
Feast on the many flavors of the Mediterranean with a selection of grilled specialties and delicious pasta dishes. Indulge in our delicious Dessert Buffet.

* Lychee:
Guests experience a taste of Asian fusion served in a casual but elegant ambiance with stunning wall to wall art pieces. Patrons have the opportunity to observe our experienced chefs prepare their favorite dishes with the restaurant’s open kitchen floor plan.

* Piano Bar:
Every evening between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., find your way to our Piano Bar to sample a delicious, delightful variety of hot hors d'oeuvres.

* Birdsong can be heard in the tranquil, secluded section at one end of the resort where a wood deck overlooks natural ponds that are home to turtles and koi. A thatched-roof spa and beauty salon are located here. The spa has six treatment rooms (two for couples) with louvered walls and offers massage, body wraps and scrubs, facials, and reflexology. The air-conditioned beauty salon offers waxing, hair braiding, and hair and nail care. A nearby boardwalk leads to the beach.

* Decor includes white ceilings, white walls and tile floors, mahogany-stained crown molding, straw floor mats, round bronze mirrors, rattan nightstands, scarlet-cushioned reading chairs, and candle holders on walls.
