"Great Find"
The reception was very helpful, we stayed bed and breakfast, the breakfast set us up for the day. The room very comfortable, all though we were facing a busy road heard no noise, has an empty fridge for guest use, there is a little shop in reception to buy snacks and drinks, as they do not serve lunch in hotel, and no where near by to get a bite to eat, there is a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. It only takes 10 minutes to get into the city centre, and no more than half hour from airport by underground. Only 2 things a little disapointing out of 30 TV channels only 2 in English CNN ans Euro News, the towels were tiny, asked for towel robes which they bought us with no prblem at all.Would most definatly return

"Outstanding Hotel"
This hotel is spotless!! It is a new hotel and everything (from the size of the room, to cleanliness to front desk help) is amazing! You are about a 4/5 minute walk to train station. And of course, so close to the Schoenbrunn Palace!! However, very few eating establishments near the hotel. Otherwise, a most perfect stay!

i stay here from 29 march -1 april.i book this hotel from otel com for 71 E per night with breakfast.for this amount of money is a great great hotel.brand new, spotless clean ,friendly staff ,good size room ,excelent bathroom with bathtub big enough for 2 ;) . the negatives of the hotel 1.far far away from the center ,no way to walk the distance.there is a metro 200-300 m from the hotel and there is a night bus stop just outside the hotel. 2.great quality breakfast but not much choices. our room was 202

"Modern Hotel with friendly service"
Finding a reasonably priced, comfortable hotel in a good area of Vienna is not an easy task, and can take some time. The Courtyard is by no means means "budget" in terms of price (I paid €80 per night for a twin room), but nor is it cheap on comfort or service. The room was fairly standard, with two twin beds (as opposed to the two doubles found in some Marriots), flat screen television and well stocked bathroom. The airconditioning/heating system was effective at maintaining a reasonable temperature, but at times could be a little too warm - necessitating the opening of the window - which must be unusual in December! The window was, however, good protection against all but the loudest of vehicles outside, and the heavy curtains and electric shutters kept out the light. The restaurants was quite adequate, with a good choice of both cooked and continental food for breakfast, and a reasonable snacks and main meal menu for the evenings. Though the restaurant and room are always important factors in determining the success of a hotel stay, good reception service is vital. This was an area where the hotel truly excelled. The staff frequently use their initiative, and no request was too much trouble. Some may reject this hotel because of its location - some eight kilometres from the "main" Marriot near Wien Mitte bahnhof - however the U4 whisks you to Karlsplatz in under fifteen minutes, and has good connections with trams and trains alike. All in all, a very good hotel in a reasonable location (excellent for Schoenbrunn Palace) - with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
