"Nice Location"
This property is in the downtown area and faces on to Yonge, a busy main downtown street, but the sides and rear of the building face primarily a quiet residential area. I would choose a room that does not face Yonge since there is some noise (sirens, some traffic) but it isn't bad. The carpet, bed linens, etc. all appear to have been recently updated, the window has a small section that will open. It is about a half of a block from a YMCA, and there is a small, nice grocery nearby and a Thai restaurant and a steak restaurant on the side street. I think that the parking charges were $25Can daily/$30Can valet.

"Never been disappointed!"
My bf and I travel to Toronto few times a year. And we loved staying at this hotel. The location is excellent. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious too.
The hotel is located right in downtown busiest neighborhood but I have never felt unsafe or anything while staying there. And it's not noisey at all.
The staff are friendly. Love the new packaging of the hotel products (shampoo, location..etc).
I am one of those person who love to compare prices before booking a hotel. And this hotel is one of the rare ones that the service and everthing is super and the price is very very reasonable as well.

"Nice Stay at the Courtyard Toronto Downtown"
Just returned from a two night stay at the Courtyard Toronto Downtown and had a very enjoyable stay. Room had plenty of space with a King bed and was very clean. Hotel location was great one block north of College/Carleton on Yonge Street. We were at the back of the Hotel on fourth floor and noise from Yonge Street was not an issue. Had buffet breakfast included in Our package but it was Quite hectic and would likely walk down the street to eat somewhere next time. We will return if They can keep the prices where they are now or close to it.
