"Wonderful"
I share in the praise of this wonderful hotel. Although it's a fifteen minute Tube ride from the sight seeing attractions, it was an ideal location for us. We work in New York City, and London is similar in many ways.
In addition to all the good things said by other reviewers, I would like to say that the pool and sauna were fantastic. We had a lovely departure meal, with live music, in the hotel restaurant, and I can only say good things about the staff. One feature which I thought was cute, but very efficient, was notice of a telephone call on the TV screen in the room. Also, Fabiano, the concierge, was extremely helpful.
The Crown Moran was terrific! We'd love to stay there again.
