"Satisfied customer" This was my second stay at the hotel and can easily recommend it. The staff are always helpful and polite and warm to you even more if you attempt to speak German. Room was an excellent standard and spotless. Large breakfast selection to choose from. The location of this hotel is superb with easy access to just about everything.

"Excellent hotel" Can't fault this hotel. Only stayed for one night but will certainly stay here again. I got a good rate on the hotel.de website which included breakfast. After staying at a lot of smaller, traditional hotels during our stay in Germany, this was a modern and pleasant change. Buffet breakfast was excellent, room was clean and a good size, and all staff seemed helpful and genuinely friendly. The location was great also - just around the corner from the Zoo Station.

"Yep, I'd go back" Its the second time we have stayed here and will stay again. Its very convenient for Zoo station, and the U-bahn at the opposite end of the street! Its an excellent location for KuDams shops, in fact it couldn't be better. The hotel itself is in a quietish street just off KuDam, it has quite a large lobby, with a bank of pleasant staff waiting to check you in or answer questions, check in was very quick and they had noted each of our requests and read these back to us which was a surprise as most hotels don't take much notice. There were 4 lifts so you never had to wait. The hallways look recently renovated, all floors had an ice machine and shoe shine machine! The rooms aren't massive but large enough for the time you spend in them. We had a twin room with 2 single beds, a writing desk and chair, easy chair and small table, plenty of draw space, a TV with a lot of channels, a mini bar and a good sized wardrobe, with 2 large robes for going to the 'pool The bathroom was spotless and a good size, plenty of toiletries, towels and a good shower. We had breakfast included, which was a help yourself buffet, with a cold salad come chilled fish area? then hot dishes, bacon, egg, sausage, etc then a cold area, cereals, many different jams, 5 different yoghurt dishes, fresh fruit salad, pears, rolls, croisants, danish pastries, small slices of cake, sliced bread and a toaster and finally a whaffle maker - do it yourself with instructions! Coffee was brought to your table and a jug left, many different Teas, and 4 fruit juices. The pool isn't massive but big enough, with loungers to sit on beside the pool, there is also a well equipped gym, and sauna area. Overall I highly recommend this hotel it is really well situated for the shops! and well connected to all transport systems. P.S. shop around for a good price which includes breakfst if at all possible, don't believe as it says on the hotels website that they are guaranteed cheapest as we saved 50 Euros booking through someone else.

"Great Location" We just returned from a four night stay at the Crowne Plaza over Thanksgiving. Since everyone was trying to travel within North America for the holiday, it was low season and a terrific deal. Unfortunately we had to leave the day the Christmas Markets opened but we had a great time anyway. The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to the KaDeWe, good restaurants and the zoo. The zoo is well worth a days visit. I have stayed in more luxurious Crowne Plazas but there was nothing wrong with this one. The staff was friendly and the buffet breakfast had literally something for everyone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin.
