"A great airport hotel"
We arrived at the Brussels airport at 7:30AM. The shuttle bus for the Crowne Plaza was right outside the airport to take us on the very short ride to the Hotel. Even though it was quite early the staff found an available room for us so we could freshen up. We then took the shuttle bus back to the airport to use the train station there. It was so convenient. The room at the hotel was great. The mattress was very comfortable with a comforter enclosed in sheets.. There was a large shower with a separate bathtub. The shower could not be heard in the sleeping area of the room which was nice. There is a health club available although we did not use it, and there is a park behind the hotel with jogging trails. In the room there was an option of an ethernet connection for one's laptop or there is a TV with a keyboard for the internet. The cost for the latter was 15 euros for 24 hours. We treated ourselves to the beautiful buffet breakfast. The selection of foods was huge, but it was 23 euros a person. We would definitely stay here again.

"Top-notch biz airport hotel"
Only stayed overnight because of connecting flights, but when arriving at 11:50 p.m. and the hotel shuttle is waiting curbside for you, it's the greatest place in the world. Very efficient staff, though my non-smoking request was somehow lost and Europeans love to smoke. Luckily, the air conditioning on high helped. Very modern, clean facility just a few minutes from airport. Great for business travelers.

"Great Business Hotel"
The Crowne Plaza at the Brussels Airport is an outstanding hotel for the business traveller. If you have work to do in the area, I would highly recommend it. Rooms are modern, clean and well-decorated. The gym and sauna are also modern and well-maintained with fresh towels and robes available for use. Service is attentive and professional. Breakfast is excellent with made-to-order omlettes. I have stayed at a lot of Crowne Plazas and this is, in my opinion, the best. If you get a room on the club floor, there is a very well-furnished club room with couches, tables, magazines, internet, plasma tv, drinks and some snack food provided 24/7. The hotel is usually pricey and is not well-located for the tourist who wants to visit the sights of Brussels (located quite a long ways from the Grand Place). There are a couple of good Italian restaurants within 5-10 Kms and a small grocery store across the street. But if you're a business-person or just need a comfortable overnight between flights, this is a great choice.

"The best hotel ever"
I stayed one night with my girlfriend. It was the best hotel ever. Service was great. The rooms were clean and soundproof for airpanes. They even went to the night shop for me to get somekind of candy that the minibar not offered. Breakfast was great. They offered a great choice of food.
