"Great Hotel, Great Service, Good Location"
This hotel exceeded our expections. We stayed for a total of 5 nights in a room that overlooked the airport and volcanos. Beautiful view. Room was clean attractive and everything worked. Good beds. Good TV. Good security. We were glad to have a safe in the room and free access to an internet cafe in the business center. We used the complimentary shuttle service several times including a couple of times to the airport and then a couple more times to and from a bus station in Zona 1 (shuttle waited for us at the bus depot!) Reception was very helpful. Our only complaint was the hotel travel desk. The person staffing it didn't speak Spanish well and spoke almost no English. Seemed a bit ridiculous. Why bother.

"Great hotel and staff, you should see the unique view of the city"
I stayed in this hotel be cause the airline cancel the fly normaly I used to stay in an other hotel, but not any more Now I will change to this Crowne Plaza The staff member are excelent always trying to help the new rooms are awsome all white beds and a lot of pillows they have an excelent view to the volcanos and th city food was excelent, I will return to this property is the best on town

"Good business hotel, A plus for effort"
Good business hotel, lots of facilities, great gym, busy place, lots of meeting rooms, sleeping rooms have very nice new beds but furniture a bit tired but passable. Worth staying here as you are away from the noise and riff raff of the Zona Viva but close by to go to meetings and meals. Free airport transfers are a real plus. Great location.
