"Fabulous stay"
We stayed recently for 3 nights and loved every minute. The staff were extremely helpful, the buffet breakfast and evening meals excellent quality.
Rooms were spotless and of high quality. Fantastic views of the Petronas Towers (especially at night) and the Spa experience was amazing.
4 star ? More like 5 and at a reasonable cost as well.
Highly recommend it.

Stayed here for 3 nights and found it excellent.
On arrival we upgraded to the 'business priority club' as it worked out cheaper if we both wanted breakfast and to use the internet. With this 'upgrade' we got breakfast in the business lounge, as well as free drinks, free snacks, etc. throughout the day.
Our room was excellent - all modern and nicely furnished - and all the staff were very polite and helpful.
The poolside area was also really nice - the pool itself was a nice temperature and the staff even handed out fruit kebabs whilst you sunbathed!
The hotel was well located in the business district outside a monorail stop, which made it handy to get around Kuala Lumpur.
If I had to go back to KL I wouldn't hesitate in staying in the Crowne Plaza again - it was really very good.

"Excellent choice"
Excellent hotel in a great location for central K.L. The hotel is right opposite the monorail and most of the main attractions are within walking distance. There are loads of places to eat, drink and shop both in the hotel and nearby. The rooms were very spacious, clean and well equipped. We used this hotel as base whilst we toured different parts of Malaysia and had three seperate rooms in a 15 day period. All were excellent. The staff were very good and they allow you to leave excess baggage whilst you go off for a few days, at no extra cost.
