"Great Hotel"
On the 14th March of this year my Boyfriend and myself decided to go to Budepest for 3 days. We went through all the hotels and decided on the Congress Park Flamenco. The outside views were great and so was the inside...so we chose this hotel. We had a wonderful 3 day stay and if the oppertunity arose again we would go to the same hotel. The staff were great very helpful, the rooms were fine...our only complaint here was they gave us two flat pillows we had to use our spare blankets to build up the pillows....not a serious promlem....we managed, however we did expect some more toiletries than the bottled hand soap provided nevertheless here again we managed. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was delicious and adequate. We found the area very safe and very close to the trams and buses. After reading the previous review I was horrified at the comments passed....also I have to say that it was Lastminute that found us this wonderful offer.
One word of caution for budget tourists avoid Spoons Cafe Lounge VERY EXPENSIVE....instead try a restuarant called FATAL on the Pest side very good value for money.....

Just back from 3 days in Budapest.Stayed at the Danubius.Excellent hotel, plenty of amenities.Didn't use them much as it was so easy to get in to the lovely city.Trams 18,19, & 49 straight in,about 15-20 minutes.10 minutes walk from hotel.Nice easy taxi ride to airport at end of stay.

"very nice, quiet hotel"
this is a very nice business class hotel in buda. it's located in a residential and student area. you can walk to the castle or pest and other sites, but they are a few miles away. close to many restaurants, stores and food markets. very good breakfast buffet.
