Refurbished in 2005, the Days Hotel Galway is two kilometers from the picturesque Galway Bay in Ireland and the Galway city center, where visitors can find music, festivals, horse racing, pubs, restaurants, shops and theatres.

LOCATION
Days Hotel Galway is two kilometers from the picturesque Galway Bay in Ireland and the Galway city center. Just outside the city lies Salthill, providing activities from sailing, golfing and diving to nightlife with dancing and funfairs. The nearest airport is Galway Carnmore, approximately 10 kilometers from the hotel.
Galway's city centre is compact and easily do-able in a day's amble. The recently pedestrianised streets are teeming with musicians and other street performers, especially during the summer months. Lynch's Castle, St. Nicholas's Church, the Spanish Arch, the Cathedral and the National University of Ireland - Galway are all within walking distance. There are some excellent shops and restaurants packed into the centre, which cater for all tastes and pockets.
The Eyre Square Shopping Centre has just about everything under one roof, including a section of the original thirteenth-century city wall which has been tastefully incorporated into the overall design. Check out the local produce and craft Market on Saturdays by St. Nicholas's church.

"Loved the Days!"
I stayed two nights at the Days Hotel in Galway and really enjoyed it.
The hotel itself is beauitful and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
The restaurant was very stylish, really felt like a treat eating here, and again the waitresses were all so helpful and efficient.
The food was lovely too, I had a lovely four course meal as part of my package, where I stayed for 2 nights and had one evening meal, it was great value. Breakfast was also included, it was a fully stocked buffet with the full irish and lots of fruits, yoghurts and bread, it was lovely.
The leisure centre was gorgeous too, all in all I was treated like royalty and the surroundings were so luxurious, I can't wait to go back.
