We stayed here when we went to Dublin to see the All -Ireland hurling final! We booked in and realised that the hotel was only open 1 day. It was perfect! Then ....no water but it didnt bother us as we were heading to the bar anyway! Because the bar wasn't up and running we were allowed purchase any drink (wine or beer) for 3euro! Fab for dublin. We were also given complimentry breakfast as the water wasn't working for a few hours. The food was yum and the chef was very entertaining! Very funny and got us in good form for the day ahead!
The water was fixed in no time so we gained all round. The staff were so damn nice and helpful. Think the manager (long hair...realtions in cork) is probably the nicest manager around! so professional but so interested in our stay. They let us leave our car there while we went to the match (this doesnt happen in many places!)
Anyway for a new hotel everything ws perfect! Small teething problem with the water but it was fixed in no time. I hope to be staying there next year for the alll-ireland but i guess the secret will be out by then

"Fabulous Rooms"
I stayed here the day after the hotel opened, and I have to say it was a lovely surprise. The rooms are just fab, and have a dvd player and free internet.
Breakfast was great, full Irish of course!
Lobby is like something from a 4 star hotel.
Perfect location if you are leaving Dublin to travel to the country, which we were!
