Marathon Winner
We stayed over a very busy weekend and had a pleasant surprise with the location just off Lambeth North underground and round the corner from London eye. Our room on 5th floor was quiet comfortable and clean. Staff helpful and enjoyed the happy hour (2hrs) particularly when struggling to walk far after the race. Ideal spot away from busy London |

"Great surprise!"
I stayed in this hotel last year and forgot to write a review, I was so surprised at how nice it was for the money.Rooms though not very large were spotless and comfortable. food was nice and the location is great! dont hesitate to go if u are unsure, for a budget hotel its just perfect and right beside the police station so its a really safe area, just two min walk to tube and lots of convenient shops nearby.

"Good value, ok rooms, basic business class hotel"
The rooms and restaurant are reasonable value for money. Rooms are clean, neat, quite and well proportioned. Room décor is ‘standard’. This is one of my favourite hotels to stay in when I visit the South Bank of London. Its about 1 mile south of Waterloo Station. Staff are pleasant. I negotiated a small discount on the advertised rate.

"Very Good Hotel"
Rooms spotless, although quite narrow but sufficient for a 2 night stay. Staff very friendly & helpful. We stayed the weekend of the London Marathon, and on the Sunday we were leaving, there was no room to leave our cases in the designated area. The staff went out of their way to assist us and let us put our luggage in their office space ,although it was an ordinary working day for them.
Would definitely stay there again very handy for the London Eye and the tube station.

"Great Value"
We stayed in the Days Inn for one night in February as we were catching the early Eurostar train to Brussels on the Saturday morning. We did not really know what to expect having read some of the earlier reports on Trip Advisor. However we were pleasantly surprised. The staff on the desk were polite, helpful and very quick at booking us in. The room was fine. We did not need to unpack our case for one night so had no problem with wardrobe space etc and did not think the room was too small. Have been in smaller rooms!!!! The room was very clean as was the bathroom.
We had booked in for bed and breakfast, at a very good rate, and because we would be leaving very early on Saturday the hotel said they would do us a packed breakfast which consisted of two croissants, jam and butter, two apples, two oranges, two cakes and two cartons of apple juice (2 people) which we really appreciated.
All in all for the amount of money we paid for the room the service was very, very good.
Also we left our car at the hotel (£10 per night) and picked it up on Monday night on our return. Again the staff were courteous and helpful.
Would recommend this hotel for a short stay especially if getting early train from Waterloo and we walked to the station and back on our return which was not far at all.
