"A delight to come back to ...."
This was our second visit to BA and we found Dazzler Tower by far the best hotel we have stayed in so far (others being Principado, NH Crillion, NH Florida). Its in an excellent location - an easy walk to the shopping of Galerias Pacifico and many good restaurants and bars in the surrounding streets. Style wise, the hotel refeshingly stays away from the endless patterned and floral furnishings found in so many hotels and instead leans towards minimalsim. Rooms are spotlessly clean, and a good size. I found the reception staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be the hotel's reservations/booking system. We had decided to leave NH Florida and move to Dazzler Tower but when we turned up at the hotel to make the booking we found the rooms more expensive than advertised on their website. This seems to be the case for many hotels in BA but for non-Spanish speakers the website is a rather longwinded process. In the end we phoned the hotel who booked the room for us on-line at the website price which seemed rather rediculous. Another problem arose when, prior to leaving the hotel for a trip to Mendoza, we wanted to book one extra night for our return from Mendoza. Reception said their computer showed the hotel to be full for the night we wanted. So we went straight to the website and were able to book the room. On our return from Medoza, the hotel reception computer did not show our booking, although they were subsequently able to confirm it via their corporate central booking system and we got our room. Reception were very apologetic and encouraged us to complain about the booking system as they are aware of the problems but at the mercy of their corporate headquarters. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, found it good value and always a delight to come back to after a day exploring the delights of BA.

"Loved The Dazzler Tower!"
Great choice! I loved this hotel! Great location in the heart of the city and in walking distance to everything...or at least a short inexpensive cab ride away. The hotel has a european/scandanavian feel, meaning minimalist, furniture very low to the grown, but yet very modern with an aire of chic. Again, not cluterred with a lot of decoration, in fact, there are no pictures/wall hangings in your room. The hotelis very modern and a nice medium size,therefore, you get great individual service. Free internet is an absolute plus; they have two PC's in the lobby. The included in your rate breakfast is good, but it is the same breakfast; a bit of variety would have been nice after staying a week. The staff was absolutely amazing! Specifically, Diego, Guadalupe, Paricio, Osvaldo, Juan, and Edwardo. In addition, the restaurant/bar staff was also wonderful! The staff was great in helping me plan my daily activities and dinner; they really made me feel warm and welcoming. I was in BA celebrating my birthday and to my surprise the hotel sent a bottle of champagne and a a dessert to my room as a celebratory birthday gesture; I thought that was very nice, kind and considerate! You can't go wrong w/this hotel, I highly recommend it and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
