Hotel de France is an elegant venue in the very centre of Vienna on the famous Ringstrasse, within walking distance of St.Stephen's Cathedral, Hofburg, the Spanish Riding school, the State Opera and the business and banking district. Built in 1872 and renovated many times since, Hotel de France preserves a grand 19th-century ambience that attracts an international clientele. The style is exemplified by the original wrought-iron staircase ascending from a lobby with dark-wood wainscotting, cream-and-white walls and ceilings, crystal light fixtures, and classical background music.

Set in a 19th-century building, the Hotel de France is on the Ringstrasse boulevard in Vienna, Austria, 400 metres from the University of Vienna. The hotel is within one kilometre of key attractions including Stephansplatz square, the Spanish Riding School and Museum Quarter.

Saturday 6:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Sunday closed.

*The evenings the hotel suggest to spend in our Atrium Bar, the incomparable meeting place at any time of the day and listen to the pianist during the evening.

* The junior suites i.e. Maisonettes are located on the 6th floor and have a wonderful view over Vienna. They are composed of a spacious living room with sitting area and writing desk and a loft with a cosy bedroom.

* Tea and coffee making facilities, as well as free broadband Internet access are available. The junior suites are furnished with modern furniture and have bright colours for a wellbeing sensation.
