"good service, perfect location, good cuisine "served parma""
We stay for couple of nigts and we had a perfect dinner at the restaurant lOpera. At that time Parma region was the theme of the daily menu. Talking about the breakfast very good in general good welcoming at the door by a nice lady that i do not remenber the name-extremely good smiling. Buffet breakfast was very mix starting from the sweet side going to the salad corner with very good crouncy bacon and finally I found a buffet where over easy eggs are served in a properly way, hot and nice presented. Nice person at the reception desk. To put the attention at the spa where you can find a professional fox for massage. Swimming pool at the to floor is really a plus expecially in the roof is open and you can see the duomo cathedral.
Hotel recomended for business and leasure trip.

"Excellent In the center"
Spent 3 nights at this hotel. The hotel was sold out since there was in Milan the Fiera del Mobile.
Only one word:PERFECT
The hotel is just in the heart of Milan few meters away from Duomo square. All the best shops are in walking distance. The metro as well is just 2 minutes walking.
The room are a normal size, with old but, very tasteful furniture. In the bathroom there was also the bathrobe along with a bathtub.
In the room, I was at 632, top floor I had a nice balcony with a marvellous view on the Milan roofs. In the room there is also wi-fi internet provided by Telecom Italia.
At floor#5 there is a little but very nice and comfortable swimming pool. THe pool is always open since in winter they close the ceiling.
In the basement until 10 o'clock pm open, there is a little gym with Technogym tools, a hot jacuzzi for 6 persons a sauna and a steam bath.
I also had dinner twice at the hotel restaurant. Food is excellent, with some Emilian regional dishes, as well as the service. Restaurant closes at 10,15pm.
At breakfast you can have salf service everything you can.
I paid around 250€ all in per night (not the restaurant) which for a 4 star luxe in the center of Milan is still reasonable.

"Partying in Milan"
My wife and I spent last weekend at the De La Ville Hotel and had a most enjoyable stay. I found the staff friendly and helpful (unlike at the supposedly highly rated Bice restaurant). Our room was large enough without being small. It was clean and beautifully decorated with silk lined walls, antique furniture and a comfy bed. Adequate cupboard space and a decent sized safe. It really is right in the centre of the action however it's remarkably quiet once inside the hotel. The opera house and Duomo are literally within 5 minutes walk. The breakfast is buffet service however waiters were on hand to serve tea/coffee. I'd have no hesitation in recommending it or indeed staying there again. Very good value for money all considered.

"Terrific"
Our hotel stay here was great, the location of the hotel is great just a few minutes walk from the duomo and city center. What was also good about the location was that it was in a quiet area and close to alot of places. The reception is inviting and well kept and so are the elevators. Our double room was small but adequate and spotless with some extra comforts, same for the bathroom. The breakfast room looks great and though the choices are limited in the buffet, the service contrary to what others have experienced was imacculate. Basically the buffet contained the basics eggs (boiled, scrambled, fried), 2 types of croissant, 2 types of cheese, 2 types of coldcuts, fruits, yogurt, marmalade...If you want a luxury buffet thats not it, but something good fresh for breakfast thats it! We found the service to be great with the waiters asking us as soon as we sat down what we wanted to drink, brining us hot coffee a few moments after we ordered it, regardless of whether we went down early (7:30) or later (9:30). The clientele all looked impressive, and classy which also made a difference in the service and the hotel atmosphere. The concierge was very helpful gave us two great rest suggestions handled all reservations, as well as confirmation of our flights, taxi ordering etc. He speaks English well though the rest of the hotel staff not so well but they managed and we did too. The rooms was cleaned almost immediately after we left in the morning and once again arranged in the afternoon, all with clean sheets, clean towels on a heated warmer, slippers, bathrobes and the likes. We really enjoyed our stay here, very appropriate and convenient would definetely go there again
