Sue Ansell My three girlfriends and I decided to celebrate a special birthday in Bruges as none of us had been there before and booked this hotel after seeing it in a travel brochure.We were thrilled when we were shown our rooms, we must have been upgraded as we were put in the most beautiful suites for the same cost.The furnishings were lovely,the overall ambience was perfect.The hotel far exceeded our expectations,breakfast was a feast,champagne,smoked salmon,cheeses,the most amazing choice of breads and pastries,fresh fruit,pancakes,and to top it all the Choclate fountain.One has to try that first thing in the morning.The thought of spearing pieces of fruit and letting Belgium choclate dribble over it would never be entertained here but in this hotel FAB!! Everywhere was in easy walking distance,local restaurants were superb,and the Christmas decorations were quite magical. I would definately recommend this lovely hotel and its staff who were helpful and courteous.

40th Wedding anniversary This hotel is perfect, we stayed for 4 days & 3 nights. Every thing about the hotel was 100%. perfect room, perfect staff, Breakfst was just right for the occasion. I can honestly reccomend this hotel. If you are a light sleeper, then avoid the first floor at the front, otherwise all is well. Iam disabled, they even provided me with a wheelchair.
