"Very Nice Hotel, Helpful Staff" This hotel was very easy to find, just over the road from the main train station of Florence. Once arrive checking in was quick and the lady at reception spoke excellent English. We had a room on the top floor and had our own balcony, which gave great views of the skyline of Florence, and the view was even better at night when all the buildings were lit up. The hotel was clean and well presented, and the people on reception were always glad to help, when we arrived they gave us a map of Florence that turned into our bible. This map had all the major locations and roads and it was small enough not to make you look too much like a tourist. The breakfast was ok, not much choice but it gave you something to eat before the start of your own day in Florence.
