"Top Notch Hotel"
We can truthfully say the hotel is better than most 4 star hotels we have been to never mind 3 star. The Hotel was immaculately clean, staff couldn't be more helpful (we even had little Easter Eggs on our cups and saucers on Easter Sunday morning) and their European breakfast was nice especially for someone with a sweet tooth like me. The staff recommended a great restaurant around the corner where the manager was very welcoming (he sat down at the table with you for a few minutes!), the food was excellent, prices were fair and the atmosphere was great too. It isn't the most central, however The Vatican is a 20 Min walk away, Castel Sant' Angelo is a 15 minute walk, and it is very easy to get to most other places with the Metro.

"Great hotel"
My wife and i stayed at Rome for 3 nights at Delle Vittorie Hotel, from 1st of July until 4th of July. The room was very clean, with nice furnitures, air condition, TV and minibar. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is at a quiet road near Piazza Mancini(north of Vatican city). The metro station is about 10min by foot, so you can go to any place of historical centre of Rome easily. Also has a bus stop next to hotel, where you can catch a bus to Trastevere.

"We liked Delle Vittorie Hotel"
I stayed in Delle Vittorie Hotel in March 2007 with my wife and 2 year old son. We booked a double and we got a twin but the extra bed was given for free, so we let it go. The hotel is located 2 minutes walking distance from Piazza Mazzini, from here take bus # 30, for Piazza Navona, get off at Corso del Rinascimento (5th stop) and for Piazza Venezia at the 6th stop. We used the bus most of the time. However, the closest subway station (Lepanto, Line A) is 10-15 minutes walking. Piazza Spagna is the second stop by subway. The Vatican is 15 minutes walking distance. The taxi fare from The Spanish Steps to the hotel was 6 Euros. Very nice area, not a lot of tourists, you get to see how the Romans live. RE Brasseria close to the hotel, also serves pizza, good pizza, service not so good. We paid 10 Euros for a Vegetarian Pizza. Clean hotel, clean towels every day, good breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms just as advertised on the website, no need for pictures. We would stay again.

My family and I really liked this hotel. The place was immaculate, the location good, it had a place to park the car, and the staff was really nice and helpful. It is well worth the money and when I return to Rome I intend to stay there. The only down side was there were not a large amount of restaurants in the area, but we managed.
