"Fantastic Service & Accommodation"
We have just spent Christmas at the Delta Banff and it was fantastic. We stayed along with another couple and both of us loved it. As it was Christmas we booked a suite room with jacuzzi bath and fireplace. The room was very spacious and the housekeeping every day was brillliant, they couldn't do anough for you. Every morning our room was cleaned with little extras such as choclates laid on the bed and water - a nice touch we thought! As you walk into the hotel you are greeted by a big log fire which makes the place feel even more inviting. The service we recieved from all the staff was fantastic, any questions were answered and they couldn't be more helpful. The pool and whirlpool is lovely and cosy. I recommend the hot tub! Our Christmas Day dinner was also amazing in the Evergreen Restaurant. IWe will definately be staying here again. Its convenient to walk into town (5-10 minutes) and you are really made to feel welcome.

"Great place to stay!!"
My husband and I stayed at the Banff Delta Royal Canadian for 2 nights in January. We especially appreciated that the entire hotel is smoke-free. Our room and the entire hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic! Every time we walked past the desk in the lobby someone would say hello. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly. We ate breakfast in the Evergreen restauarant and found the food quality to be very good. The steam room and pool very spotless and very enjoyable. A new building is being built next door to the hotel, but the noise was minimal and we did not find this to be a problem. We would love to stay at the Delta Banff Royal Canadian Lodge again.

"Great weekend getaway"
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in March. It was a perfect getaway from the city. The hotel is very nice and friendly - everyone made us feel welcome. Breakfast at the hotel was great; we didnt eat there any other time of the day. The hotel itself was about 10 min walk to the centre of town - a bit far to walk in the cold but it was nice and quiet being away from the action. Nice touch was the valet cleaned our windscreen to "enjoy the beautiful scenery."

"Great stay."
Stayed 4 nights July 29-Aug 2, 06. Everything was great. We (two couples) had 2 Junior Executive Suites on the second floor facing Banff Ave. Large, well furnished, comfortable rooms. Fireplace was a nice touch, except it was too warm to use it while we were there. Staff was very friendly in all respects. Bathroom was large and had both a large shower, and a separate whirlpool tub that we did not use. Shower drain was slow when we arrived, but the front desk had maintenance to fix it within a short time of me notifying them. Some have mentioned noise from Banff Ave. I heard some but never enough to wake me or prevent me from sleeping. Sound insulation seemed quite good. It is located not directly in downtown, but a very short walk (maybe 1/4 mile) to the beginning of downtown. We made the walk several times. Restaurant food was very good and well prepared and served. But it was a little too pricey so we only ate there one time. We had no problems at all would definately stay there again.
