"friendly,quiet,comfy hotel..brilliant!" my wife and i were on our honeymoon and decided to stay in the delta vancouver suites..and we're really glad we did.to begin with it cost us around $70 to get a taxi from the airport with all our luggage and a bike box-lovely.the taxi driver was a cool dude as well.anyway,the hotel is beside the ferry terminal,the subway system and buses stop all around the block on which the hotel is situated-totally excellant for those of you who want to travel around this amazing city with the locals.you can walk out the door of the hotel for 5 minutes,jump on a 20 minute ferry to see grouse mountain and the capilano suspension bridge.you can walk around the corner and into gastown(the tourist stuff) or you can have a lovely 15 minute walk into downtown to shop.this is a class hotel and the staff can't help you enough-if you are still in any doubt,there are loads of decent pubs near the hotel-namely,the steam packet(ace food and quality pale ales)and the cambie..this is an ace pub,totally down to earth and cheap with great ales!!!can you ask for any more than this? trust me on this,the delta vancouver suites is a lovely hotel,its raesonably cheap,its nice and quiet and its near everything you could possibly want from a city hotel.GET IT BOOKED!

"First-Time Vancouver Visit" Excellent staff: friendly, helpful, and especially attentive to our 8 year-old grandson. Our mini-suite larger than average, good work table. The Delta Suites is set-up for business travelers rather than tourists. Downtown location is on the blah side but it's an easy walk to Gas Town and the waterfront.

"Stay here!! Loved this hotel!" I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. Everything and everyone were amazing, from the moment I checked in till the moment I left. I had forgotten my anniversary and my spouse mentioned it in passing to the Front Desk Agent.....that Agent saved the day by having flowers delivered and wine sent up....now that was above and beyond. And let's not forget the new beds and renovations they are finishing up...they are making a already wonderful hotel into a fabulous hotel...can't wait to stay again.

"Hard to fault..." ts now March, but I wanted to put on record my most enjoyable overnight stay at this hotel in late January on my way to Whistler. It would not have been my first choice but was recommended by a friend. I was most agreeably suprised. The suite like rooms are exquisitely decorated, very stylish, modern and tasteful. Like hotel rooms you have never seen anywhere else. This interior designer has real talent! Super comfortable like a home away from home. And you can open the windows too. The breakfast the next day was absolutely superb - as good as you will get anywhere. This is a very professionally run establishment at a price that is easy on the wallet. Well done Delta! Your company continues to make a real effort in putting the customer first.

"What a terrific stay!" We stayed here for 3 glorious nights. Loved the design of the rooms; our room was really 2 distinct rooms with a french door between them. The staff were so friendly. The hotel is very quiet and you can open the windows! The area is very convenient for restaurants and shopping. We'd definitely stay there again.
