A decent Hotel to stay. I have stayed two nights. Near to Metro at about 200-300 meter walk.There is a market across the street. Clean room with a proper aircondition. There was no mirror and no refrigrator in the room I stayed. But everthing other than that was ok. Quiet room, comfortable bed. It is certainly a very nice place to stay with that price. The staff was informative and helpfull and speak English. You can leave your luggage in the hotel after checking out.

"Clean, comfortable, good location, good all-rounder" I stayed here for 4 nights Tuesday-Saturday whilst doing an exhibition at the Porte de Versailles. I was very pleased with the hotel, being clean, well-decorated and appointed and having friendly and efficient staff. The rooms aren't enormous, but hey, this is Paris, and mine was certainly big enough! The only thing I would say is that when you book you should ask for a quiet room - I slept soundly and very peacefully all 4 nights, but my colleague found her neighbours' tv a little loud.
