It’s a family run hotel with an easy going and friendly atmosphere. The owner and his son are very friendly and will do their best to make the guests' stay an easy and pleasant one. The hotel has been partially renovated, and has 17 rooms, elegantly furnished.

There are also 6 family rooms (2 connected double rooms), ideal for families with children. Some rooms have been completely renovated, and they are comfortable, modern and nicely decorated. Descans Apartments are located in the north of Barrio de Gracia (Gracia quarter), between two of the main touristic attractions in Barcelona: Parc Guell (Park Guell) and la Sagrada Familia (“The Holy Family”, Roman Catholic Basilica ). The apartments are 5 minutes walk from the underground Station Alfonso X (Metro Line yellow) and, from this station, 10 minutes by underground to the centre of the city. The turistic bus stop is nearby.
