Diamante Suites Hotel was inaugurated in 2001 and belongs to a hotel chain called GEMA hotels. This chain owns another five hotels, 3 of them in the north of the island and two in the south of the island.

Diamante Suites Hotel is located in the north of the island at the Urbanizacion Turquesa Playa, one fo the most privileged areas of Puerto de la Cruz and only 300 m away from Playa Jardin, a beautiful black sand beach, the result of the last eruption of the mount Teide in the XV century and created by the famous canarian artist “Cesar Manrique”. The hotel is perfectly situated for the rest of the island, as well as the capital Santa Cruz, as there is a bus station nearby.
