Disney Area Villas are generic villas located in the Disney Area that are allocated upon arrival. All villas have a private screened pool, a pool deck with lounge chairs and table, a double car private garage, cable TV, telephone, air conditioning/climate control and a full kitchen (washer/ dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven/grill, toaster, kettle, plates, glasses, cuttery, iron and ironing boards). The master bedroom has a queen or double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has two singles and the fourth bedroom either a double or two singles. Pull out sofa beds are available. Orlando International Airport is approximately 29km away. **Cot or highchairs, electric/gas pool heating are charged locally. **

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
