The hotel is very clean, situated walking distance to the park. Hotel staff are friendly and warm. Felt like I was a kid again.

"value for money"
we paid € 90,00/night for a double room. The hotel is very clean and the receptionist are very helpful with tourist. The location is about km. 10 from St.Peter's church and you can reach the city center with a bus and the metrò, or with a taxi (about € 10 and 15 minutes). You will have a simple self service breakfast in continental style and the coofee is very good. I consider this location a good " value for money" hotel.

"excelent hotel for the money paid"
The hotel is very clean, the rooms are excelent , the breakfast it is ok for an italian hotel .There is a bus in front of the hotel and the receptionist will help you with the schedule for the bus ( in average at 20 minutes ) . It takes 30-40 minutes ( depends on traffic) to reach the nearest metro station . We paid 57 Euro ( the reservation was made on ---.com with 4 months in advance) for a matrimonial room and the pictures show the reality from the hotel .

"Magical Stay"
As I plan another trip to Disneyland I am compelled to write a review arising from our last visit. In early October of 2005 we stayed at the Disneyland Hotel. Our family has two adults and three girls aged 13, 7 and 7. We arrived early for check in thinking we would have to wait around. Nope. Our designated room was not yet ready, so they gave us another one. Staff were friendly and tolerant of my questions and dry humour. Goofy was in the lobby entertaining the children. A bell person was assigned to take our luggage up. I indicated that I would do it as I had no cash for a tip, but that was not a problem (I did get his name and tipped him later anyways). Our room was not flash or large but it was clean and comfortable. There was some evidence of wall paper wear etc., but this did not concern us. I needed to get on the internet and had trouble hooking in with my laptop. The tech help responded quickly, and worked through the problem patiently. Any questions or problems were dealt with in a fast and professional manner. When I reported the soda machine malfunctioning (it was delivering boiling soda, literally) when I went to the desk for something else I was supplied a gratis bottle of coke. Yes, room service is expensive, and when we were there, the tower we were in had only one elevator operating. Things happen. Our children loved the waterfalls and the pool. We had so much fun, that when one of our twins said on the afternoon of the 5th day that leaving Disneyland would be "the saddest day" I had no choice but to make a dash from Soarin Over California (fantastic ride) for the Disney booking office at the end of Downtown Disney just seconds from closing and extend our stay another night and day. The exit was smooth with assistance from the friendly staff. What sealed the excellent marks for me was when the same twin had left behind her autograph book. We were in San Diego the next morning so I told her I'd call about it without much hope. The staff went to the place where my children were sitting when we left (it had been late at night) found the book and mailed it to a friend so we could get it before we caught our plane home. You can't beat that for service. This year we will be trying out the Californian to cut down the walking. We expect the same level of service and consideration.

"Loved the Disneyland Hotel"
We just returned yesterday from a 5 night stay at the Disneyland Hotel. I had some trepidations because of several bad reviews, but thankfully decided to trust the good reviews. Checkin was quick, we left our bags and swam in the pool. The room was large and clean. All of the cast members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be beat--we stayed in the Sierra Tower and Downtown Disney is literally outside the back door. It was about a block to the monorail. (ATT. The monorail is closing next week for 3-6 months as they finish another attraction. ) We opened and closed the parks for four days and it was so convenient to take the monorail back in the afternoon for a three hour break to nap or to walk back from California Adventure through the Grand Californian through Downtown Disney and back to our room. When you take the monorail, you get your bags checked and your passes through the turnstile right there and ride to Tomorrowland with no hassle. Going through the Grand Calif. you also get your bags checked and passes checked right there, thus eliminating long lines at the front entrances to either park. What a plus!! We booked through AAA, thus having unlimited fast pass advantange. We weren't sure how to use that and none of the cast members we asked or at the front desk-or, for that matter, even the AAA agent we booked with knew how it worked. For those who use AAA, you just put your pass in the machine as for any fast pass and it prints up something like "AAA fast pass". You can get a fast pass at each fast pass attraction by sending a person with your groups tickets, then when the hour stated has arrived, you can get more. For instance, the ride to Space Mountain says 1015-1215. At 1015 you can get another pass for that ride. With the regular fast pass, you can only have one fast pass at a time. Also, you don't have to use it at that time, can return later, but not earlier, than the stated time. Now that the busy season is almost over, this isn't such an important feature, but in August, it really was wonderful. We rode so many rides and couldn't even use all of our fast passes. We never waited more than 15 minutes from the time we entered the attraction-and that was at autotopia, which always takes forever. The kids got to ride that one four times because of the fast pass.
