This hotel is situated on the west coast of Bodrum in the southwest of Turkey within a few paces of the nearest beach. The centre of Turgutreis lies around 1.5 km away and Bodrum is roughly 18 km from the hotel. Transfer to Bodrum's airport takes about 1 hour (roughly 45 km).

Renovated in 2004, this hotel comprises a total of 115 rooms of which 5 are junior suites spread over 3 floors in the main building and 2 in the neighbouring building. Guests are offered a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, a safe and a currency exchange counter. Dining and drinking options include a cafe, a snug bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with non-smoking area and high chairs for children. The hotel additionally includes a nightclub, a games room, an Internet terminal and a bicycle hire service. Laundry services and medical assistance feature as part of the hotel's offerings on request. Children are also able to visit the kids club that is organised as well as use the playground. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park.
